One of the smallest teams in the organization but with the biggest heart is that of the Compliance Team. Each member has half of the globe falling under its remit. Conducting most tasks in-house, in addition to the day-to-day compliance screenings and keeping abreast of any regulatory changes and updates the team also updates it policies, trainings and procedures ensuring the Compliance Documentation is specific to the needs of the Group. Providing support to other Departments it is the Group’s last line of defence against breaches in sanctions and international trade regulations.
